Jessie Peltier

Jessie was raised in Northern Virginia where she began her dance training at the age of five. She was often caught practicing pirouettes on the basketball court and belting show tunes from her bike around the neighborhood. Evidently it was clear Jessie’s passion was for dance and at an early age that she began dedicating herself even more to it.

In 2016, Jessie graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor’s of Performing Arts in Dance Performance. It was at school that she discovered her love for musical theatre, performing in Legally Blonde the Musical her freshman year. She landed her first big professional job when she worked at Music Theatre Wichita the summer after her junior year of college.

Jessie has since worked regionally at the Muny in St. Louis, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, and Music Theatre Wichita performing in shows such as Nice Work If You Can Get It (Jeannie), Thoroughly Modern Millie, Hello Dolly!, Mamma Mia, The Music Man, and more. She has also been a singer/dancer onboard the Celebrity Equinox. She will always be thankful to Raynor van der Merwe, her childhood dance teacher that taught her to never settle and never stop chasing her dreams. Jessie now resides in New York City where she is proud member of AEA.

“The best moment to be happy is the one happening right now.”
